Payments and Refunds

- **Payment Terms:** All payments for services must be made in advance. We accept payments in ETB Birr, as well as via Waafi and Salaam Somali Bank for customers in Ethiopia, Djibouti, and Somalia.

- **Refund Policy:** Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the service has been delivered. If there is an issue with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make efforts to resolve the issue
